Pal Road is one of the city's main roads and it is well served for dentistry, with some of Jodhpur's larger dental hospitals along it. So we will not pretend that everyone on Pal Road should drive to Sardarpura for a scaling.

How does this compare with going to AIIMS Jodhpur?
AIIMS is excellent, and for major reconstruction or anything needing extended inpatient care it may well be the right place — we will say so. A private clinic differs in waiting time, in seeing the same surgeon at every visit, and in appointment times that fit around your work.
Do I need a referral from my own dentist?
No. You can book directly. Many patients come on their dentist's recommendation, but it is not required.
